A little help with Glazeloop.

How to play

Tap to paint an open section of the spinning ring. Avoid sections already painted. Precise hits build your Flow score. Clear levels to earn drops and unlock colors. Replaying improves your score without repeating a first-clear reward. The daily course changes at midnight UTC.

Progress and updates

Progress is stored on your device. Update through the same store without clearing app data. Glazeloop does not provide cross-device cloud saves. Android may make its own backups, depending on device settings; restoration is not guaranteed by the game. Contact support before clearing data if you are troubleshooting lost progress.

Purchases and rewards

Open the shopping-bag button beside Settings on Home. No Ads and Supporter Pack are separate, permanent purchases available to adults. To restore, use the same Google Play account that made the purchase and select Restore purchases in the shop. Pending payments unlock after Play confirms them; contact us if a completed purchase does not appear.

No Ads grants the same 20-drop bonus as a completed rewarded video, once per eligible campaign level or daily date. It does not give every past reward immediately and does not include the two Supporter palettes. Daily’s ordinary 40-drop first-clear reward is separate. An incomplete or unavailable video does not earn a bonus. You can always keep playing without watching.

For a refund, use Google Play’s refund process or contact us with the order reference. Never send payment-card details, account passwords or verification codes.

Privacy, access and deletion

Read the Glazeloop privacy policy. Email enquiries@obsessivegames.co.za with the subject “Glazeloop privacy request” to ask about access, correction or deletion of information Obsessive Games holds. We may request limited information to verify your request. Do not send passwords, card numbers or identity documents.

To remove local game progress and choices, use Android Settings → Apps → Glazeloop → Storage → Clear data/Clear storage. This removes your progress and settings; it does not refund a purchase or erase provider records. Manage any operating-system backups separately. Paid entitlements can be restored through the purchasing Google Play account, but local progress is separate.

For records held by Unity or Google, see Unity’s privacy controls and Google’s privacy controls. We can help identify the relevant provider but cannot promise deletion of records retained for legal, accounting or security purposes.
